How can I pay on Rhodee.com? Is it safe?

We offer our clients three different ways of payment: by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal, or by bank transfer. In order to secure all bank transactions, we use verified Stripe and PayPal certificates.
Please note that if you chose the bank wire method, your order will be processed once we have received the payment.

Where do you ship?

We deliver internationally. We trust Bpost with all our national (Belgium) and international deliveries.

How much does it cost? What about the return costs?
The international shipping costs vary according to the country it is being delivered to:
Belgium: 7 euros, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 12 euros, European Union: 17 euros, rest of the world: 30 euros.
We do offer free delivery on all orders above 250 euros in European Union. The duties costs are included in the shipping costs applied on our website.
The return costs are on the buyer’s expenses.

How can I track my order? How long does it take?

Every client receives a tracking number with the confirmation e-mail while the order has been shipped.

All packages leave the warehouse within two (business) days after the order has been placed.
Orders shipped in Belgium are delivered within 48hours.
International orders may vary on the carrier.
Note that we do our best to deliver in a very short time.

Can I return my item(s)?

If you find one (or more) item(s) to be unsuitable, you can return your order within a period of 15 days (after delivery).
Exchanges are not accepted. In case you want another product, you would need to place a new order.
We do not reimburse the shipping costs, which are directly paid to Bpost.

Please note that only returns that are completed are accepted (product tag, removable foam, protective strip, straps,…).

Returns must be addressed (at the client’s expenses) to the following address:

Dot not forget to include the return sheet found on your package, filled in with your name, order number and reason of return.

Be sure to keep the tracking number until we get your order!

When will I get my refund?

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process your return package.
